“Unicorn” Fruit Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup strawberries, halved

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup grapes

  • Mini skewers

  • Instructions:

    Thread the colorful fruit onto mini skewers like a fun fruit rainbow.

  • Arrange them on a plate and enjoy these sweet, vitamin-packed bites.

  • Delicious and fun snack for kids (and adults) and very easy to prep and place in the fridge for when you may start to feel a little hangry!!
